If you decide to cancel or/and return the goods ,you should  email john@taylorlighting.co.uk. 

This must  be done within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be unused,not installed and resaleable in the original packaging.We will then give you authorization and you can return the goods for a full refund less our post and packing charges.If the goods are not returned as specified or are specially ordered in from the manufacturer,then we may have to pass on a manufacturers handling charge.If the goods are claimed to be faulty ,within the warranty period,you must firstly email us for return authorization.We will give you a full refund or exchange, plus refund you reasonable postage charges once we have inspected and tested the goods and agree that the goods have a manufacuring defect and have not been misused or installed.When emailing us please make sure you give us all the purchase details.When sending the goods back please make sure you obtain some form of proof of return.All damages and shortages on delivery must be notified within 48 hours.
